Here at Christ Church we have a number of groups and roles that allow us to operate on a daily basis and serve our local community.
We are always looking for new ideas and for people to join us and share their gifts.
Here at Christ Church we are blessed to have 3 organists to play on a rota basis for us.
We are also blessed to have a choir who join together in the choir stalls each Sunday to guide us with Hymns and Music.
During our services we use the Complete Anglican Old & New and Common Ground for Hymns
During our Sunday Service there are a number of people who assist Rev. Sarah Shaw in worship. These include:

Our Rector is also supported by our Rector's Warden and People's Warden.
Our social/fundraising group organise regular events for the congregation to raise funds for the church and local charities. Events include:
We are always looking for new ideas of events or ways to raise money and welcome people to join this group to offer there help in any way they feel they can.
Our Eco Group regularly meet to discuss new ways in which Christ Church can be more environmentally friendly.
The environment is very important to us and we welcome ideas on what we can do.
In line with the Scottish Episcopal Church's aim to become Net Zero we are working hard to do our part and are a Certified Eco-Congregation.
Our Eco Group also arranges monthly litter picks within our local area. Please contact mindfulness.ccf@yahoo.com, if you would like to join our team of volunteers or if you are aware of a litter hotspot that needs tackling.
Our Walking Group gather once a month to explore our local areas.
Walks vary in terrain, ability and experience and information about these is given out well in advance so you can ensure you are well equipped.

Our finance group was created in order to support our treasurer with tasks.
This group meet regulalrly and discuss the ongoing financial status of the church.

Our Building and Property Group ensure the maintenance of our facilities is up to date and liaise with local trades people to carry out work on our church.
