Au Revoir
On Sunday 22nd November we said 'au revoir' to Rev Ann as she celebrated Communion with us for the last time, on our Patronal Festival of Christ the King. We give thanks for Ann's many years of faithful ministry to us, and look forward to seeing her among us again, when she's able to visit!

Black History Month Service
On Sunday 27th October we celebrated Black History Month. Huge thanks to our Nigerian members, who shared aspects of their stories and experiences during the service. And sang 'Come Holy Spirit, Come' in four languages! We are blessed!
Macmillan Afternoon Tea
We do like an Afternoon Tea at Christ Church! This one was entirely in aid of a very good cause - Macmillan Cancer Care. Over £600 was raised. Huge thanks to those who came, organised, baked, and served!
Happy 160th Birthday
On Saturday 5th October we celebrated our 160th birthday. Thank you to Bishop Douglas for leading our Festal Mass Service and to all those who came along to celebrate with us.
Licensing of Camayo Hyde
On Wednesday 18th September we celebrated the licensing of our Lay Reader, Camayo Hyde, following 3 years of training and formation at the Scottish Episcopal Institute. Welcome back Camayo, we have missed you.
Stepping Back in Time
On Friday 20th September we kicked off our 160th Dedication events with a fun, thoughtful and creative performance of "Stepping Back in Time".
Harvest Thanksgiving
On Sunday 22nd September we had a joyful Harvest Thanksgiving and the Blessing of our animal companions.
160th Birthday Celebration
Our 160th Celebrations continue! With open doors on 3rd and 4th October from 1100 - 1400.
Please come along and see out unique War Memorial, beautiful wood panelling and sacred atmosphere.
